pgph Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

01 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a pgph account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pgph is strictly an adults-only platform. Players below the legal age are prohibited from registering or using any part of the service.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You may only hold one account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, or payment method — are not permitted. pgph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must complete the identity verification (KYC) process before your first withdrawal can be processed. This involves submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID and confirming your mobile number via OTP.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual are not permitted to register or operate an account under these terms.

pgph reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

Your pgph account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• Keep your password and login details confidential. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• pgph uses OTP (one-time password) verification for sensitive account actions including login from new devices and withdrawal requests. You are responsible for the security of the mobile number linked to your account.
• All transactions conducted through your account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — are your responsibility, whether or not they were authorised by you personally.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pgph support immediately so the account can be secured.
• pgph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not provide your password in response to any such request.

pgph uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data in transit. You are responsible for ensuring your own devices and network connections are reasonably secure when accessing the platform.

03 Deposits

All deposits at pgph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets. Specific available channels are shown on the Deposit page.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods at pgph.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These may vary depending on the payment channel used.
• Deposits are credited to your pgph account once the payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary by payment channel.
• If a deposit is not reflected within a reasonable time, contact pgph support with your transaction reference for assistance.
• pgph reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit if required for verification purposes.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pgph account are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are sent to a Philippine bank account or local e-wallet registered in your own verified name. pgph does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• If your balance includes active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, those funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable requirements are fully met.
• pgph processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment channel and may be extended if additional verification is required.
• pgph reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal as part of the verification process.

05 Promotions and Bonuses

pgph offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and game-specific promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible game categories. These are shown in full within your account's Promotions section before you opt in.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed within the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• pgph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players already participating in an active offer at the time of cancellation may be given reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or abuse of bonus mechanics — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• pgph's decision on any promotion-related dispute is final.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Use

By using pgph's gaming services — including sports betting, eBingo, fish games, slots, and live casino — you agree to the following:

• All bets placed and game results are final once confirmed by the system. Results cannot be reversed due to player error, misunderstanding of game rules, or technical issues on the player's device or connection.
• In the event of a manifest error — such as an obviously incorrect price or a system malfunction — pgph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting tools, exploitation of software errors, and any other form of dishonest play are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• pgph's sporting event outcomes and game results are determined by official sources and certified RNG (random number generator) systems respectively. pgph does not manipulate outcomes.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or betting type before placing real-money wagers.

07 Responsible Gaming

pgph is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players on the platform.

• The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Any player found to be underage will have their account closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

• pgph does not guarantee wins, returns, or profits from gaming activity. All wagering involves risk, and players may lose their deposited funds.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

pgph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances, among others:

• Breach of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one account on the platform.
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions, or use of payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• Suspected collusion, match manipulation, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21.

In cases of suspected fraud or rule violation, pgph may temporarily freeze account balances while an investigation is conducted. If the account is closed due to a breach, balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also request to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting pgph support. Any remaining real-money balance not subject to active bonus conditions will be returned to your verified payment account.

09 Privacy and Data

pgph collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, identity verification, and ongoing platform use. The details of how your data is collected, stored, used, and protected are set out in the Privacy Policy.

By registering with pgph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data and to request corrections to inaccurate information at any time by contacting pgph support.

10 Changes to These Terms

pgph may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published at pgph.vu/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes affecting existing players, pgph will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via their registered contact details. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
